Real-Time Metrics

Alpiron Suite continually collects real time metrics from each controlled device including:

  • Load Usage
  • RAM Usage
  • CPU Usage
  • Device Status

Metrics generated by Alpiron Suite help administrators optimize and fine-tune policies in their IT environment.  Metrics may easily be exported to other systems for analyzing and graphing. 

Reporting

Using the Reporting Module within Alpiron Suite, the IT Administrator is able to generate reports to document the amount of power savings during IT Administrator-defined periods. The reports show savings totals and statistical drill down for defined Groups of servers as well as individual devices.
 
Statistics include:

  • Average load (%)
  • Average RAM used (%)
  • Average savings (%)
  • Average CPU used (%)
  • Potential savings (%)

Generating a report showing actual power costs vs. potential savings at any given period may be performed in a matter of  seconds.
